Once you complete the Challenge, you should keep up the good work by sticking to a healthy, balanced diet with regular activities such as taking an evening stroll outdoors, walking in your favourite mall or even jogging on the treadmill.

Remember to start the day right by eating a low-fat breakfast. A bowl of Special K should do the trick. If you skip breakfast, you tend to get hungrier mid-morning, which means your blood-sugar levels plunge and you’re more tempted to eat indulgent foods.
